- Fruit is the result that come from your characters or virtues
- Others can see, touch&taste(experience) your behaviors from your virtues, or the lack of.
- It is your habits
- It is your branding
- Branding is what customers say about you over a long time
- It is with our fruit that we glorify God.
- Galatians 5:22-23
- "But the fruit of the Spirit is
- #1 love,
- #2 joy,
- #3 peace,
- #4 forbearance,
- #5 kindness,
- #6 goodness,
- #7 faithfulness,
- #8 gentleness and
- #9 self-control.
- Against such things there is no law."
Laws say do no harm. Fruit say do good.
- "But the fruit of the Spirit is
- Ephesians 5:9
- for the fruit of the light consists in all
- #6 goodness
- #10 righteousness and
- #11 truth
- for the fruit of the light consists in all
- Colossians 3:12-14
- "Therefore, as God’s chosen people
- holy and dearly loved
- clothe yourselves with
- #1 compassion,
- #5 kindness,
- #12 humility,
- #8 gentleness and
- #4 patience.
- Bear with each other and
- forgive one another
- if any of you has a grievance against someone.
- #13 Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
- And over all these virtues put on #1 love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 description of love contains all the virtues of the Fruit of Gal 5:22-23
- Matthew 7:17-20
- "Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit,
- but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
- A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
- Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them."
- John 15:4-5
- "Remain in me, as I also remain in you.
The key to grow good fruit.
- No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine.
- Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
- I am the vine; you are the branches.
- If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
- "Remain in me, as I also remain in you.
- May we be connected to Jesus Christ our vine. Let's abide in and with Him that we may draw from Him the grace and the Holy Spirit's strengths to live out the new life that is in us, bearing good fruit to glorify Him and our Heavenly Father. May we our attitudes, talk, and actions be consistent with our inner new self, showing forth love, joy, peace, patience,kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control, righteousness, truth, humility and forgiveness. Glory to God. Amen.

It is good or bad.
It takes time to grow the Fruit

Prayer:
1 果子是一种结果
你有什么种类的果子？
- 果子是由你的品格或美德带来的结果。
- 他人可以从你的美德中看到、触摸和品尝（体验）你的行为，或者缺乏这些。
- 这是你的习惯。
- 这是你的品牌。

4 五种美德清单
- 歌罗西书 3:12-14
- "所以，你们既是神的选民，
- 圣洁蒙爱的人，
- 就要存

- #12 谦虚，
- #8 温柔，
- #4 忍耐。
- 倘若这人与那人有嫌隙，总要彼此包容，#13彼此饶恕。
- 主怎样饶恕了你们，你们也要怎样饶恕人。
- 在这一切之上，要存着爱心，因为爱是联络全德的。"
哥林多前书 13:4-7 对爱的描述包含了加拉太书 5:22-23 的所有美德。
5 果实是内在本质的结果
它可以是好的或坏的。
- 马太福音 7:17-20
- "这样，凡好树都结好果子，
- 惟独坏树结坏果子。
- 好树不能结坏果子，
- 坏树不能结好果子。
- 凡不结好果子的树，
- 就砍下来丢在火里。
- 所以，你们凭着他们的果子，
- 就可以认出他们来。"
6 如何培养好的果实
培养果实需要时间。
- 约翰福音 15:4-5
- "你们要常在我里面，我也常在你们里面。--- 培养好果实的关键。
- 枝子若不常在葡萄树上，自己就不能结果子；
- 你们若不常在我里面，也是这样。
- 我是葡萄树，你们是枝子；
- 常在我里面的，我也常在他里面，这人就多结果子；
- 因为离了我，你们就不能做什么。"
总结：
果子的美德 #1 爱，#2 喜乐，#3 和平，#4 忍耐，#5 恩慈，#6 善良，#7 信实，#8 温柔，#9 自制，#10 公义，#11 真实，#12 谦虚，#13 饶恕
祷告：
愿我们与耶稣基督，我们的葡萄树，相连。
让我们在祂里面停留，从祂那里汲取恩典和圣灵的力量，活出我们内在的新生命，结出好果子来荣耀祂和我们的天父。
愿我们的态度、言语和行动与我们内心的新自我保持一致，展示出爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、善良、善行、温柔、忠诚、自制、公义、真实、谦卑和宽恕的美德。荣耀归于上帝。阿门。
