BSS Fruit of the Spirit - 3 Peace
1 Source of Peace - Peace comes from God- Psalm 29:11:
- "The Lord gives strength to his people;
- the Lord blesses his people with peace."
- 2 Thess 3:16:
- "Now may the Lord of peace himself
! God is Peace
- give you peace at all times and in every way.
! God gives us peace all time & all ways.
- The Lord be with all of you."
! Peace is to be with God.
- "Now may the Lord of peace himself
- Romans 5:1
- Therefore, since we have been justified by faith,
! Not by our effort but simply just believe in...
- we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The sacrifice of Jesus Christ at the cross to pain for our sins
- Therefore, since we have been justified by faith,
- John 14:27:
- "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.
! We just need to believe and receive it.
It is a gift from God that we can receive regardless of our situation & status.
- I do not give to you as the world gives.
! The world's peace is based on what is happening around us.
- Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
! It is our will - exercise it, have faith & receive Jesus' peace
- "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.
- Colossians 3:15:
- "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts
- since as members of one body you were called to peace.
Be at peace with one another as a family of Christ.
Resolve any misunderstandings & quarrels.
- And be thankful."
! Gratefulness enables kindness and love and can resolve quarrels
- Romans 12:18
- If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
- Matthew 5:9
- "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."
seeking reconciliation, promoting understanding, and practicing forgiveness.

- Psalm 34:14:
- "Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it."
！ Many disputes arise out of selfishness.

- And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
！Bringing peace in relationships is righteousness

- Isaiah 26:3:

Peace comes from God. God is peace
- those whose minds are steadfast
So, we must focus on God.
- because they trust in you."
Then trust in God's character & promises.

- "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation,
- by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
- And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
- will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

- "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace
! Trust, Hope & Power of the Holy Spirit -》Peace
as you trust in him,
so that you may overflow with hope
by the power of the Holy Spirit."

- Matthew 11:28-30:
- "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
! Come to Jesus, cast all your cares and burden on Him.
- Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
! The solution is to do what Jesus tells us.
for I am gentle and humble in heart,
! This is the key to having peace with others
- and you will find rest for your souls.
! Following Jesus brings forth rest.
- For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
- "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
! A Clean Conscience
- Isaiah 32:17
- And the effect of righteousness will be peace,
- and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever.
- 2 Timothy 2:22
- So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
- Romans 8:6
- For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.
Be reconciled with God and abide in Him to receive His peace.
With His peace within, we have the courage to face challenges and crises.
We can also build good relationships with others and even be peacemakers to resolve others' conflicts.
Walk in righteousness and have a clean conscience.
Seek, focus, cast our cares, on Him who loves us, then trust Him and follow His guidance.
- May we first be reconciled with God and receive His peace through Jesus Christ. Let's stay in His peace so that we may have peace within in the midst of challenges. We just focus and trust Him to give us the wisdom and grace, with humility and gentleness to overcome, to make peace with others, to be peacemakers in conflicts, bringing God's peace into all situations and glorifying God. Praise be to God to give and bring peace for all. Amen.

- ！许多争端都源于自私。

- 坚心倚赖你的，你必保守他十分平安，- 和平来自上帝。上帝就是和平。

- "应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告、祈求和感谢，
- 将你们所要的告诉上帝。
- 上帝所赐、出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。

- ！信靠、盼望和圣灵的能力 -》和平
- 使你们借着圣灵的能力满有盼望。

- "凡劳苦担重担的人可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。
- ！到耶稣这里来，将你所有的忧虑和负担交给他。
- 你们当负我的轭，学我的样式，
- ！解决办法就是听从耶稣的教导。
- 因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的。"

- 公义的果效是平安；公义的效验是平静和确信，直到永远。
- 提摩太后书 2:22
- 你要同那些以清心呼求主的人追求公义、信德、爱心、和平。
- 罗马书 8:6
- 属肉体的思念乃是死；属圣灵的思念乃是生命和平。
- 与上帝和好并且在祂里面持守，接受祂的平安。
- 在内心拥有祂的平安，我们就有勇气面对挑战和危机。
- 我们也可以与他人建立良好的关系，甚至成为调解者解决别人的冲突。
- 行走在公义中，拥有清洁的良心。
- 寻求、专注、将我们的忧虑交托给爱我们的上帝，然后信靠祂并跟随祂的引导。
愿我们首先与上帝和好，并藉着耶稣基督得到祂的平安。让我们在挑战中保持在祂的平安中。我们只需要专注并信靠上帝，祂会赐给我们智慧和恩典，以谦卑和温柔来克服困难，与他人和睦相处，在冲突中成为调解者，将上帝的和平带入各种情境中并荣耀上帝。赞美上帝，祂给予并带来了所有的平安。阿门。
